Q: |
What is your favorite word? |
AB: |
Harmony. For me it works on three levels.
I love the song, the Elton song. I play it all the time when I'm just sitting at a piano. My father and brother
worked for a toy company called Harmony, so the word evokes those relationships. And finally, musically, I love
harmony. Beatles, Beach Boys. I just love harmonies.

Billy Joel said "competence" for this question . . . He may

The Bernard Privot Questionaire. No, seriously, I hate bigotry.
That tops my list.
|

What sound do you love? |
AB: |
Sir Paul McCartney's voice. Always hopeful and optimistic.
|

An angry voice. Maybe Paul McCartney's angry voice.
I should stop calling him in the middle of the night I guess.
|

AB: |
I use fuck a lot. Fuck I guess. Yeah, fuck.

|
Q: |
If heaven exists what would you like to hear god say when you
arrive at the pearly gates? |
AB: |
"Where's your stuff?" I hope he asks. Honestly, I have a real
love of material things, the things I surround myself with. Books, CDs, photos, guitars, I guess I hope
I get to live with these things in heaven. I mean, look, ultimately I'm only willing to release
so much..
